ヨーロッパでは、近年、ソーシャル・ファームが普及しつつある。わが国においては、障害者の働く場として、授産施設、福祉工場、特例子会社などがあるが、ソーシャル・ファームのような形態が存在しうるのかについてその可能性を検討した。その結果、（1）精神障害者を対象としたソーシャル・ファーム、（2）協同組合として運営するソーシャル・ファーム、（3）社会的企業としてのソーシャル・ファーム、（4）特例子会社から移行・拡大するソーシャル・ファームの4つの可能性があることを示した。 |

In late years, social firms have been developing in Europe. There are sheltered work shops, welfare factories and exceptional subsidiary companies as work places for persons with disabilities in Japan. This article examined the possibility whether there could be a form such as social firms in Japan. As the result, there could be 4 types of possibilities, ①social firms for persons with mentally disabilities, ②social firms managed by cooperatives, ③social firms as a category of social enterprise, ④social firms moving or developing from exceptional subsidiary companies. |
