この研究ノートは、浦和大学ならびに浦和大学短期大学部(前身である浦和短期大学を含む)卒業生に対する卒後教育のあり方について考えたものである。研究方法は研究目的を共有する教員が集まり「卒業生フォロアップ教育研究会」を立ち上げ、約2年間にわたり卒業生に対するアンケート調査の実施、調査結果に基づくモデル事業(ホームカミングデイや研修会など)を実施した報告と卒後教育のあり方ならびにそれらを実施するための学校の組織のあり方をまとめたものである。 |

The fellows, who shared the common awareness of the postgraduate education issues of the university and the college, formulated the research group and they decided the two years project plan. The group conducted a survey in the form of a questionnaire of graduators. The model workshops such as a homecoming day and seminar were conduced based on the results of the questionnaire. Finally, the study proposes the postgraduate education system and the university system, that needs to be well organized for fulfilling the purpose of the education. |
