本研究は、和算、特に塵劫記のよさを数学教育に取り入れる意義づけをし、教材化することにある。そのことに関して、塵劫記の文化的な価値の伝承と数学的な思考力の育成を考えた。そこで、まず塵劫記の歴史的な変遷を調べ、数学教育に取り入れる意義について考察した。次に、教材化の方法として塵劫記の問題に(1)数学的な思考力、(2)興味・関心、(3)適度な抵抗感、(4)適切な問題場面、(5)数学史へのきっかけ、の5つの観点を設定し、洗い出し、ねらい、発達段階、問題の文脈に応じてどのようにアレンジすればよいかを類型化した。さらに、塵劫記から「まま子だて」を取り上げ、発達段階・取り扱う文脈に留意して教材開発し、未知の問題に挑戦する楽しみ、帰納的に考える力、根拠を持って筋道立てて演繹的に説明する力がつくような教材開発並びに授業実践を行った。その結果、次の2点がわかった。(1)文化的な価値の伝承について、6年生は肯定的な感想が多かった。(2)数学的な思考力については更なる指導の工夫が必要である。 |

The aim of this study is as follows. Educational significance and making teaching materials of the Wasan (Japanese old mathematics) should be introduced into elementary school mathematics. First. historical changes of “JINKOKI”(1627)-were studied and the significance was considered. Second , following five things were set up. ① mathematical thinking ② interest ③ moderate difficulty ④ suitable problem situation ⑤ interest in history of mathematics Third, “MAMAKODATE” in“JINKOKI” was picked up and it was reconstructed. Interest to challenge about new problems, inductive reasoning and deductive reasoning were carried out. “Jugyo Kenkyu” (lesson study) and teaching materials were developed. Findings were as follows. ① Sixth graders noticed culture value. ② Devise of teaching method about development of mathematical thinking is required more. |
