本研究は、判断力、理解力、行動力が発達する小学校5年生の親子と、親から精神的に独立をはじめる中学2年生の親子を対象に実施した調査から、インターネットの使い方と家庭でのルールや親の考え方について年齢と性別により比較し、子どもと親と教師との関係を検討した。 年齢とともに、インターネットの利用方法は、SNSやブログ(プロフ)と多様化する。中学生になると、SNS、ブログ(プロフ)を介して「友達」ができる生徒がいる。親はルールが必要であると思っているが作り方が分からず、子どもの年齢が上がるにつれて不安を感じている。子どもたちがインターネットを使っていて問題が生じたときに頼りにするのは、学校の教師ではなく親であった。小学生のうちは、親が子どもの利用方法を管理し、児童も親に依存している。しかし、中学生になると、生徒は親への依存が減少し親の管理が減る。このように年齢に応じて、インターネット利用上の親子の関係が変化する。そのため、子どもの年齢に応じた情報セキュリティ学習システムの構築が必要である。 |

This paper reports findings from two surveys with 11-year-old pupils, with 14-year-old students and their parents on the attitudes to internet. The results showed that 14-year-old students use SNS, read and write blogs more than 11-year-old pupils. Some students have ‘friends’ they have not met face-to-face through the sites of SNS and the blogs. Parents want to settle some rules for their children in accessing internet, but in vain with less knowledge or understanding of the internet structure. When children need their help on the internet, they require not their teachers’help but their parents’. According to the growth of age, the relationship between children and their parents is gradually changing. The students depend on their parents less than the pupils. And the students’parents can manage their children’s practices on the internet less than the pupils’parents. So that, IT Security Education program for children and their parents, which suites children’s glowing and developing internet use stages, should be provided. |
