| 内容記述 | 『保育カウンセリング』が幼稚園教諭免許取得のための科目とされた経緯は、教育・保育現場の子どもの変化、学校の荒れなどの対応に教師や保育者が苦慮しているという現状を乗り超えるためであった。保育現場で「保育カウンセリング」を誰がどのように行うかの認識は、教育・保育に対する見方や理解の仕方によって相違があることがわかった。保育においては子どもの内面の理解と受容が、カウンセリングにおいては相談者の内面の理解と受容が重要である。それが、保育とカウンセリングに相通じることであり、「カウンセリング・マインド」と呼ばれている。『保育カウンセリング』の授業のねらいも「カウンセリング・マインド」を理解し、習得することを目指すところにある。教室の中でそのねらいを達成するために4つの方法が考えられるが、ねらいに達することは容易ではない。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In 1988“Childcare Counseling”was added as compulsory subjects to get the teaching certificate for kindergarten. The main reason is that situation of children changed and teachers worry about treating them in kindergartens. There are some ways to do childcare counseling in kindergarten. The way depends on the view of care and education for small children. It is important that counselors understand client’s minds and feelings and accept them. It is also important that teachers understand children’s minds and feelings and accept them in kindergartens. That is common essence in both kindergarten and counseling. That is called “Counseling Mind”. The goal of the subject of “Childcare Counseling”is that students understand and master“Counseling Mind”. I have four ways to reach the goal of the subject. | |||||
