グループウェア・サイボウズ(Cybozu)を導入し基礎実験を行った。また会議室無線LANを導入して連動を図ることで会議システムの簡素化を図った。さらにLearning Management System(LMS)による授業アンケートシステムその他の可能性について調査のための基礎実験を行った。前者は業務の簡素化、時間短縮等の効果が認められ、すでに実用システムとして稼働しており、後者については可能性は大きいものの、設定や大学全体としての取り組みが必要であるので、今後の一層の調査が必要であることが判明した。 |

A group-ware Cybozu and a wireless LAN system for a discussing room were introduced both being connected to the University LAN system to examine the basic functions and the linkage connection of them. Also a Learning Management System(LMS) was introduced for exploring the various probability of usage such as a questionnaires for the courses system and so on. The former was already being functioning in the university, though the latter was found a powerful and possible tool but contains many problems to be solved for the realization and it requires further examinations. |
