補完・代替医療としてのホメオパシーについて概観し、その日本的展開の可能性について論じる。はじめに、ホメオパシーとはどういうものかについて論じ、次に、evidence based medicineとしてのホメオパシーの位置付け、narrative based medicineとしてのホメオパシーの位置付けと特徴について論じた上で、ホメオパシーの日本的展開の可能性を、以下の項目に分けて論じた。1.漢方薬との共通点と相違点 2.漢方薬のレメディ化について 3.レメディの日本製原材料について 4.複雑なレメディ像とその例 5.風土と医療。その後、2例の事例提示を簡単に行った。結果として、全人的アプローチを要し、対人知覚に優れた国民性をもつ、植生の豊かな日本におけるホメオパシーが、臨床的可能性を大いにもつことが示唆された。また、我々の心身のメカニズムを知る上で、用量依存とは異なった次元の身体機能の説明概念である[波動医学]の洗練が期待され、それによってホメオパシーの治療効果の論理的説明が可能になることが示唆された。 |

The author overviewed homeopathy as one of the complementary and alternative medicine, and discussed on the possible development of Homeopathy in Japan. At first, the author described what homeopathy is, and then discussed homeopathy with a view of Evidence Based Medicine and of Narrative Based Medicine. And then the author examined the possibility of Japanese way of development in Homeopathy. The examined categories were as follows. 1. The common and different aspects between homeopathy and Kampo. 2. Remedization of Kampo. 3. Production of the remedy made in Japan. 4. Complexity of the remedy pictures and the sample picture. 5. Climates and medical treatment. And two case reports were presented. As homeopathy needs holistic approach and Japanese way of living grow the sensitivity in interpersonal perception, the Japanese way of development in homeopathy is expected mainly in clinical situations. Then the sophistication of vibrational medicine is also expected, which will be the most dominant theory that explains the alternative explanatory concept of body function. And then, the effects of homeopathic therapy will be logically explained. |
