地域で暮らす重複障害者の数が増加していると考えられるが、これまで、その実態については十分調査されてこなかった。そこで、本研究では、全国の在宅サービス事業者を利用する在宅重複障害者の実態を調査した。その結果、利用者の1/3が重複障害者であること、身体障害と知的障害、身体障害の重複、知的障害と精神障害の重複障害者が多いこと、地域社会の社会資源の不足が顕著であることが明らかになった。 |

The situation of persons with multiple disabilities living in communities has not been investigated although the number of them has been increasing. This study surveys the situation of persons with multiple disabilities who use the community service providers in Japan. The results indicate that one-third of the users have multiple disabilities, there are many persons who have physical and intellectual disabilities, physical and physical disabilities, and intellectual and mental disabilities, and the resources in communities are extremely short. |
