The concept of human service itself covers broad range of human activities, such as education, medical care, nursing care, health care, entertainment and so on. The characteristics of education, nursing care, and welfare service is that the quality of the service can not be evaluated easily and the perspective of evaluation is greatly affected by the common value of the residents. The expertise includes knowledge and human nature. The experts can not apply theoretical concept directly to concrete situations. They should reflect whether hypothetical approaches are effective or not. This dynamic structure of activities is critically important. They have to show recipients generosity, love and so on to create a good relationship with recipients. The human nature plays an important role in this service. The quality of expertise should be pursued through three processes; Each experts try to build good relationship with recipients and help them to grow and adjust their environment.
