 note = {P(論文), 本稿は、1911年の近代国家成立から1978年の鄧小平の市場経済改革政策導入までの間における中国のカトリック宣教及び福祉活動について考察する。中国の近現代では、まさに激動といえる変化をしてきた。1911年に辛亥革命が起こり、封建王朝の清朝が倒れたことによって、近代的国民国家である中華民国が立ち上がった。そして、1931年に満洲事変が勃発し、中国国内の抗日運動が1945年の日本の敗戦まで続いた。1949年にようやく社会主義国家の新中国が成立したが、くり返される政治運動によって人間不信を引き起こした。また、バチカンとの断交や1966年から起こった文化大革命によって、中国の人々はあらゆる宗教と断絶される状況となった。こうした背景のもとに中国カトリックは幾多の苦難を経てきた。以下、上海を事例に近現代中国におけるカトリックの福祉活動と中国近代国家の形成及び近代化との関連性を考察してみたい。, It is examined about Chinese Catholic propaganda and welfare activities from the modern nation formation to the innovation of market economic reform policy. 　It is the keystone that to declare the relation between Chinese Catholic welfare activities in modern China and the formation of the Chinese modern nation and the modernization.},
