家族環境の近年の急激な変化に伴って、家族支援のニーズが高まっている。人が人を支援する家族支援では、いかに人間関係を形成するかが重要であるが、カナダの家族支援プログラムは、その概念的枠組をベースとして、多様な形式で家族支援の実践者が家族と良好な人間関係を形成するプログラムを提供する。 カナダの家族支援プログラムは、円環的な評価システムを採用し、プログラムの定義、基本理念、実践、成果をそれぞれの段階において再評価する。家族とのコミュニケーションや実践者チームの構成、家族支援の明確な目標を具体的に再設定することによって、サービスとして、家族に対して効果的なコミュニケーションを提供する。本稿は、実践者が家族と人間関係を形成するための要因が、意識的にカナダの家族支援活動に組み込まれている点を明らかにし、日本へのカナダの家族支援プログラム導入の有効性に言及した。 |

The necessity of family support is increased as recent years have seen the radical change in domestic settings and family environment. In offering family support, it is important to establish and promote positive human relationships. Family Support Program in Canada, based on their unique conceptual framework on its practice, provides programs that facilitate constructive relationships between practitioners and families in various flexible ways. It adopts a reflective evaluation system, in which the definitions of programs, guiding principles, practices and outcomes are repeatedly and reflectively evaluated at each stage. By resetting and reformulating communication with the family, the composition of the practitioners' team, specific goals for the support, they can offer effective services implemented through communication focusing on the family in real life. This article shows that elements that are important for practitioners to establish positive relationships with families are deliberately built into the family support in Canada, and that it is promising and even necessary to introduce family support programs practiced in Canada into Japan. |
