本論文は、青少年の情報メディアをめぐる問題において、負の要因がどこにあり、どのような指標が問題解析に適しているかを検討したものである。今回、インターネットの通信(ブログ、チャット、掲示板等)や携帯電話メールの利用状況と、それに伴って生じた「いやな思いをした経験」について、大学生114名に対してアンケート調査を行った。その結果、79%の学生が何らかの「いやな思いを経験」しており、91%の学生が「子供のネット教育が必要」と考えていることがわかった。負の指標としての「いやな思いをした経験」には、「仲間はずれ」という指標が、 「ひどい言葉」や「利用料」等他の指標よりも深く関係していることが示された。また、「ひどい言葉を書かれた経験」という負の指標には、「ひどい言葉を書いた経験」が、「利用度」や「返信タイミング」等他の指標よりも深く関係しており、ひどい言葉は何度か通信をやり取りする間に生じることを示唆しているようだ。本論文では、以上を含むアンケート調査結果を列挙し、青少年の情報メディア利用の傾向と、負の要因を探る指標について考察した。 |

The purpose of this paper is to figure out negative indices which are suitable for analysis of problems related to information media for young people. A questionnaire survey on utilization of the internet communication or the mobile-phone mail focusing on "unpleasant feeling" caused by them was performed for 114 university students. It was shown that 79% students experienced "unpleasant feeling" and 91% students consider that "net education for children is necessary". Results suggest that "unpleasant feeling" as a negative index is deeply related with "alienation" as a negative index rather than other indices such as "terrible words" or "use charge". Results also show that "receiving terrible words" is deeply related with "sending terrible words" rather than other indices such as "number of mails per day" or "reply timing". This may suggest that "terrible words" are induced by exchanging some mails. This paper includes results of the questionnaire survey and considerations on them. |
